Getting Ready for Europe

Nick and I are busy preparing for our upcoming trip to Europe. Only 14 days until we board the plane for Paris. I am so grateful that we are going with a tour group, because I can't imagine planning all the details of visiting six different countries on our own. We start in London and spend 19 days traveling through Amsterdam, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, the French Riviera and finally end in Paris. I can't wait to revisit the Eiffel Tower, the site of our engagement. Three and a half years later, it will be exciting to view this beautiful monument as a married couple. I'm really looking forward to seeing some of the museums in Paris like the Orsay and the Pompidou, which is a modern art museum.

Europe is seeped in history. It's so relaxing sipping wine at a streetside cafe, munching on delicious food, people watching and enjoying the scenery. Oh-la-la! Though I am determined to not come across as an annoying tourist it will be hard to be incognito, since we are lugging around a gigantic camera. But I can't sacrifice beautiful pictures, despite how "tourista" I appear. I'm can't sacrifice being able to capture everything on camera, but I'm sure that will pay off in the end.
